Who does BrightLeads.AI work with?
Owners, operators, executive directors, and sales and marketing leaders at assisted living and memory care communities, independent living and life plan communities (CCRCs), residential care homes (RCFEs and board and care), adult residential facilities (ARFs), multi-community operators, and home care franchises. We work with single six-bed homes and with multi-state portfolios.
How is BrightLeads.AI different from other senior living marketing agencies?
Three things. First, AI visibility is built into every engagement, so your community is structured to be cited by AI assistants as well as ranked by Google. Second, every channel runs as one system and is reported against tours and move-ins, not clicks. Third, engagements are month to month and you own your website, ad accounts, content, and data. No. BrightLeads.AI is a marketing agency for operators. We do not refer families for a fee or run a consumer directory.

What is AI visibility?
AI visibility is how often and how accurately AI assistants mention and cite your community when people ask about senior care. It is also called generative engine optimization (GEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), or AI SEO.
Which AI assistants does this cover?
ChatGPT (including ChatGPT search), Google Gemini, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Perplexity, Anthropic Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. We add others as families start using them.
Can you guarantee my community will be recommended by ChatGPT?
No one can guarantee what an AI model says. What we can do is remove the reasons models leave you out, give them accurate facts and quotable pages, and measure the result every month with a consistent prompt panel.
How long does AI visibility take to work?
Fixes to entity data, schema, and crawl access can show up within weeks for assistants that search the live web, such as ChatGPT search, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. Changes that depend on model training take longer. We report monthly so you can see the trend.
Do I still need SEO?
Yes. Assistants that browse the web rely heavily on pages that already rank and load well. AI visibility builds on SEO rather than replacing it, and both are included in our full-service plans.
What is llms.txt?
llms.txt is a plain-text file at the root of a website that gives AI systems a short, structured summary of who you are and links to your most important pages. It is a proposed standard. We publish one for every client site, and you can read ours at /llms.txt.

Terms and pricing
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Every engagement is month to month. You can pause or leave with 30 days' notice.
Who owns the work?
You do. Websites, domains, content, ad accounts, analytics, CRM configuration, and creative are in your name from day one. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred back to you because it never left.
How is pricing set?
We quote a flat monthly fee based on the number of communities and the services in scope. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the ad platforms in your accounts.
How much does senior living marketing cost?
It depends on the number of communities, the channels you need, and your ad budget. We scope every engagement to your census goals and quote a flat monthly fee, with ad spend paid directly to the platforms in your own accounts.

Can I hire you for just one service?
Yes. Many clients start with one service, often AI visibility, SEO, or paid media, and add more once they see results. AI visibility fundamentals are included in every plan.
Do you work with our existing vendors?
Yes. We can run alongside your current website host, CRM, or ad agency and share one set of reporting.
Are senior living ads subject to housing rules?
Often, yes. Meta requires many housing-related ads to run in its special ad category, which limits targeting by age, gender, and ZIP code. We build campaigns that comply and still reach the right families.
Which CRMs do you work with?
HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and the common senior-living CRMs. If you already have a CRM, we usually improve it rather than replace it.
Do you write fake reviews?
Never. Fake reviews violate platform rules and FTC rules, and they erode trust. We help you ask real residents and families at the right time.
